29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i):Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxillary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substanially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: On or about February 17, 2022, in the Trim area, where an employee was exposed to an electrical hazard when accessing a switch box that had an unused opening.
