29 CFR 1910.178(n)(8):Under all travel conditions the truck was not operated at a speed that would permit it to be brought to a stop in a safe manner. At the workplace located at 989 East Commercial Street, Mansfield, Missouri 65704, employees were exposed to struck-by powered industrial truck hazards. An employee was struck by a powered industrial truck while the powered industrial truck was turning and traveling down an isle in the warehouse.
