29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1)(iii)(B): The employer's Standard Operating Procedures did not include precautions necessary to prevent exposure, including engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment: a) Polymerization Plant 2: The employer's Safe Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) did not include the use of fire-resistant clothing (FRC) in the EHS Aspects/PPE portion of the SSOP. Failure to include this information in the operating procedures can result in inadequate protection of employees during a release and employee exposure to fire or explosion hazards, on or about February 2, 2022.
