29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about January 31st, 2022, in Gretna, Nebraska 68028. Multiple employees were observed conducting framing operations on a mobile platform at heights greater than 10ft without the use of any form of fall protection.
