29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: a) Jegs High Performance Centers located at 751 East 11th Ave, Columbus, OH 43211: On and preceding January 31, 2022, a flexible cord powering a Hoffman 2200 wheel/tire balancing machine was run through the wall and plugged into an outlet on the opposite side of the wall thereby exposing employees to fire and electrical shock hazards.
