29 CFR 1910.119(h)(2)(ii):The employer did not inform contract employers of the known potential fire, explosion, or toxic release hazards related to the contractor's work and the process: On or about January 15, 2022, in MDI-1 unit at Rubicon located in Geismar, LA, workers were exposed to chemical and thermal burns when the employer did not inform contract employer that the dichlorination column (AS-4202) rupture disc PSE-207 could release MDI chemical at a temperature of 400-degree F at their work location.
