29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a- 16 Autumn Park Boulevard, Building 4, Medford NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 21 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a pump jack scaffold whose screen did not extend the entire length of its walking and working surface. Condition observed on or about 01/12/22. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
