29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders shall be used only on stable and level surfaces unless secured to prevent accidental displacement. a. Located at 1799 Woodland Drive, Delaware, Ohio: On or about December 15, 2021, a portable ladder was utilized to access the left side of the roof of the house, but was not utilized on a stable and level surface or secured. As a result, employees were exposed to falls of approximately twelve feet. b.
