29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): as referenced in 29 CFR 1910.27(a): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Dr, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691 - Employees were exposed to fall hazards while they were working from the Genie Model GS-1930, serial number GS30P-194613 scissor lift while not using the platform entry chain to protect against falling ten feet to the ground. Violation occurred on or about December 11, 2021.
