Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 003 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.151(b):In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons shall be adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies shall be readily available. a) On or about December 5, 2021, adequate first aid treatment was not provided nor was the hospital (Mercy Health Clermont) located in near proximity used for 11 minutes for the treatment of an employee who was injured when hot bacon grease was spilled.
