29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5):Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): On or about December 15, 2021 employees working in the build area near the dust collection system were exposed to smoke inhalation and minor burns, in the event of a fire, and the employer did not ensure that a door between the work area and the front office area being remodeled was marked "Not an Exit."
