29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not kept in their designated places when not being used: a) Warehouse - On or about November 10, 2021, fire extinguishers were not provided at all interior working places in the warehouse so that adequate coverage is maintained. ABATEMENT NOTE: Feasible means of abatement include mount, locate and identify portable fire extinguishers throughout facility to maintain coverage for employee use or develop and review the requirements of the emergency action plan with employees if they are required to immediately and totally evacuate the facility upon the sounding of a fire alarm signal.
