29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6):Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6) Location: West side of the residential home near scaffold and rake board @ 23 Oak St. Fairhaven, MA 02719. On or about 11/4/21 the employees working from the ladder jack scaffold were not a safe distance from the electrical drop that provides power the house.
