29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater : a) Water System Drilling, Inc. at Box Elder City Well #10 site, Box Elder, SD 57719: On or about and at times prior to October 28, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the 480 Volt breaker box within the chemical adding area was at least 30 inches of work-space in front of the breaker. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards associated with limited access to the box.
