29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2):The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. a. 156 West Harrisburg Avenue Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania - On or about October 19, 2021, employees used stacked 3 pallets with cardboard walking surface to work the stacker machine, exposing employees to a slips/trips and falls hazard of approximately 2 feet. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
