29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i):When the employer had assessed the workplace hazard(s) and determined that hazard(s) were present, the employer did not select and/or use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: OUTSIDE HIGH BAY DOORS, VISITOR'S PARKING LOT On or about October 12, 2021: A) The employer did not require employees involved in lead cleaning to wear clothing that was fire retardant thereby exposing employees to burns. B) The employer did not re-assess the hazards associate with performing the task outside in the sunshine without controlled exhaust ventilation.
