29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Location - 27 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA On or about 10/07/21, employees were not protected from falling during the unloading of materials on a roof greater than 30 feet above a lower level from the ladder hoist.
