29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employee(s) using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: On 10/4/2021, employees of HR Vasquez Construction LLC were performing roofing work at 1006 Regency Manor Drive, Ballwin, Missouri. A telescoping ladder was placed on the roof of the garage and used to access the highest portions of the roof. An employee(s) was observed carrying bundles of shingles up the ladder to another employee.
