29 CFR 1910.502(l)(3)(i)(A): The employer did not, within 24 hours, notify each employee who was not wearing a respirator and any other required PPE, and had been in close contact with someone with COVID-19, along with the date(s) that contact occurred. Location - Domiciliary unit (DOM) at 200 Spring Rd., Bedford, MA, 01730 Employer did not notify employees who were in close contact at the domiciliary (DOM) unit to a person who is COVID-19 positive. On or about September 2, 2021, Employee 1 was identified as a close contact to a co-worker who tested positive for COVID-19 on that same day September 2, 2021. Employee 1 was not wearing a respirator. The employer did not notify Employee 1 within 24 hours. Employee 1 reported to work on September 4th and remained at work until he received a positive test result.
