Where the drive extends over other machines or working areas, protection against falling shall be provided. This subparagraph does not apply to manually operated sprockets. A) Line C Young NAM cooker and bundling conveyor - 100 Raskulinecz Rd, Carteret, NJ 07008 Employees working in the mixing and packaging area were exposed to amputation hazards created by an unguarded chain conveyor system. Exposure occurred on or about 9/22/2021
