29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In a workplace where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employees or whenever respirators were required by the employer, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures. On or about September 22nd 2021, at the Kaneka facility located in Pasadena Texas, the employer failed to implement its requirement for the donning and use of airline respirators for the work being performed within the pinning chamber while a film line was being put back into service.
