29 CFR 1910.502(f)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure a facemask was worn by each employee over the nose and mouth when indoors and when occupying a vehicle with other people for work purposes. a) On or about September 21, 2021, and prior thereto, the employer did not enforce the consistent use of face masks that cover the nose and mouth within the facility and during Rapid Testing of team members to prevent the spread of COVID-19 during staff-to-staff encounters.
