29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about 9/16/2021, and at times earlier, and at times prior, 1309 Industrial Blvd, Boaz, AL 35957, Zone 8 and 18, employees working in the warehouse area were exposed to burn hazards from fire, and suffocation hazards from smoke because stacks of pallets, five gallon metal containers, and metal racks obstructed the egress route preventing its use in the event of an emergency.
