29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Lot 35 at the Showfield development in Lewes, DE 19958: On or about September 10, 2021, the employer failed to ensure employees conducting framing operations work on a new construction property while being unprotected in all directions, approximately 22 feet above grade, were provided adequate fall protection.
