29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a) Lot - 103 Preserve of Robertson Farms, Townsend, DE 19734 (left side of home): On or about September 8, 2021; the employer failed to ensure employees conducting siding installation on a new construction property while being unprotected at the ends of the scaffold, approximately 25 feet above grade.
