29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders was not located away from elevators, stairs, or gangways where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons: a. 201 South Ave., South Plainfield, NJ - Shop The employer did not ensure that cylinders were stored in a manner which prevented being knocked over and/or subjected to tampering by unauthorized persons. Employees engaged in the repair of motor vehicles stored empty acetylene and nitrogen cylinders outside of the protective cage which were not secured in a manner to prevent being knocked over.
