29 CFR 1910.307(c)(2)(i): Equipment in hazardous (classified) location(s) was not approved for class of location or for the ignitable or combustible properties of the specific gas, vapor, dust, or fiber that was or could be present: (a) On or about September 07, 2021, at the Oxygen tank filling station in the Valve Room, a Class 1 Division 2 Location, the employer did not insure that electrical equipment was intrinsically safe and approved for use near a category 1 flammable gas supply. Specifically, but not limited to the electrical switch controlling the gas filling station, was not rated for use in a hazardous location.
