29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(v):Where combustible materials such as paper clippings, wood shavings, or textile fibers were on the floor, the employer did not ensure that the floor was swept clean for a radius of 35 feet (10.7 m) from the cutting or welding operation: 104 Pleasant Valley Street, Methuen, MA a) On or about 9/2/2021, the employer did not ensure that the floor was swept clean of combustible aluminum dust within 35 feet of a welding operation. Aluminum dust was located on the floor of the facility immediately adjacent to the welder's screen.
