29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment is likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards shall be so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage. a) On or about August 10, 2021, Hamilton Rural King Supply, Inc., did not ensure that their 480-volt electrical panel located on the back loading dock area was effectively guarded to prevent physical damage in that the cabinet's metal door had been removed.
