29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a) Jobsite located at 33 Hunters Lane Glen Mills, PA- The Employer did not ensure that the pump jack legs were erected on a firm foundation by utilizing mud sills; thus exposing employees to pump jack collapse hazards. Condition was observed on or about July 22, 2021.
