29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Main Engine Room) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that combustible material and corrosive liquids were not within the working space of the main electrical panels. The materials did not provide a safe unobstructed access to the panels. b)7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Main Engine Room, Auxiliary Panels) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that combustible material and corrosive liquids were not within the working space of the electrical panels. CSHO's observed combustible material stored directly below the electrical panels. The materials did not provide a safe unobstructed access to the panels.
