29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: a. At the jobsite located at 203 Bay Dr. N Bradenton Beach, Florida, East side of the building - On or about June 23, 2021, the supported outrigger scaffold systems, used by employees to perform framing activities, were not inspected prior use, exposing employees to fall hazards due to deficiencies in the construction and installation of the scaffold.
