29 CFR 1910.177(g): The employer did not establish a safe operating procedure for servicing single piece rim wheels which contained, at a minimum, the elements listed in 29 CFR 1910.177(g)(1) through (12): A. Circle T, Inc., 617 West Center Street, Marion, Ohio 43302: On or about June 22, 2021, the employer did not have a safe operating procedure for employees who service single piece rim wheels, in that employees inflated tires outside of a restraining device, while standing within the trajectory of the tires that they were inflating.
