29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) 447 Production, Rack Shaping, Koenig: The employer did not ensure training was provided to employees who cleaned areas of the machine that contacts dough or may accumulate food residues, including but not limited to rotating forming drums, finger belts, various rollers, and conveyor belts. This exposed employees to the hazard of being caught by an in running nip point on or about June 11, 2021.
