29 CFR 1910.178(l):Operators were not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks. On or about May 26, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were operating a powered industrial truck without the employer providing training to safely operate the equipment, exposing employees to hazards such as, but not limited to being struck by the the power industrial truck and falling loads.
