29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail system: (a) Jobsite location 2802 Cecil B. Moore Ave. Philadelphia, PA - 19121: The employer did not ensure that the stairway leading from the first floor to the second floor was equipped with a handrail; therefore, exposing employees to a fall hazard during transit between both levels of the structure. Condition observed on or about June 1, 2021.
