29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7):Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle: (a) On or about 5/25/2021 and at times earlier, 1901 13th Avenue East, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404, in the stockroom area - employees using Work Assist Vehicle (WAVE) platform were exposed to fall hazards up to 17 feet to the concrete floor because the trucks were placed in service after the examination showed the safety gate was defective.
