29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(8)(v)(C): Cutting, abrading or breaking the material shall be prohibited unless the employer can demonstrate that methods less likely to result in asbestos fiber release are not feasible. a) 1225 McBride Ave Woodland Park, NJ 07424: The employer failed to prohibit the breaking of asbestos material when a ceiling and walls were demolished and dropped onto asbestos tile causing the tile to break and become friable on or about May 18, 2021.
