29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that no employee approaches or takes any conductive object closer to exposed energized parts than the employer's established minimum approach distance, unless the measures outlined in 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A) - (C) were met: (a) Site, 1 Reinhardt College Parkway/100 Riverstone Terrace, Canton, GA 30114; On or about May 25, 2021 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to burn hazards in that the employer did not ensure that minimum approach distances (MADs) for personnel and conductive objects were observed during work performed at the 25 KV/15 KV energized pad-mount switchgear GG6354.
