29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Agners Framing Construction LLC., at a jobsite located at 161 Crimson Drive, Lot 13478, Newark, Ohio 43055: On and/or preceding May 18, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees were trained on the recognition of fall hazards or the correct procedures required to be followed to minimize the fall hazards. Employees, without fall protection training, were framing the second story, thereby exposed to fall hazards of 19 feet, 5 inches.
