29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause them to lose balance and fall: a) 6 2nd Ave. Gloversville, NY-On or about May 14, 2021, employees conducting roofing operations were exposed to a fall hazard from an extension ladder that employees were utilizing to carry material and not maintain three points of contact while ascending the ladder creating a fall hazard of 23 feet.
