29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service. Such examination was not made at least daily. On or about 5/12/2021, Town & Country Supermarkets, Inc. had not ensured that each powered industrial truck was examined at least daily before being placed in service. A Crown Walkie Reach Pallet Stacker, Model # 30WRTT/SN# 6A133660, was missing a battery cover, an electrical cover on the bottom of the operator's control arm, and mast protective screen. The stacker had several damaged parts and had not been examined or removed from service.
