29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1):The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment: a) At the facility, Union Avenue & DuBois Street Liquid Room: An employee who is required to wear personal protective equipment, such as, but not limited to, safety glasses, chemical resistant gloves, goggles/face shield, and disposable aprons, did not complete training on the use, limitation and maintenance of personal protective equipment. The employer did not ensure that training on personal protective equipment was provided to all affected employees, on or about 5/6/21.
