29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace. Throughout the facility; On or about and times prior to April 22, 2021: required to wear N95 and Kischers 6200 Half Face Respirator while cleaning and changing out filters for the firing range and the auger room were not medically evaluated prior to using the respirators, exposing employees to respiratory hazards.
