29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) SC Duct Machine; On or about April 23, 2021 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees engaged in clearing jams to amputation hazards in that the employer failed to provide training on the recognition and magnitude of hazardous energy sources and the means and methods in which to isolate these energy sources.
