29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: At the job site, employees performing steel erection work such as, but not limited to, puddle welding, were exposed to fall hazards of up to 37 feet-8 inches and were not trained in how to abate the fall hazards, on or about March 22, 2021.
