29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1): The employer did not develop and implement written operating procedures that provide clear instructions for safely conducting activities involved in each covered process consistent with the process safety information and which address the elements listed in 29 CFR 119(f)(1)(i) through (f)(1)(v): a) Bay Shore facility, at or near 190 Corbin Avenue, Bay Shore, New York: The employer did not develop written procedures to address leaking propane cylinders.
