29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance paragraph (b) or (c) of 29 CFR 1926.652: a) Northwest of Intersection of Voshell Mill Road and East Street, Camden, DE 19934: On or about 03/10/2021, the employer failed to protect employees working in a trench with an adequate protective system when employees were required to enter and work in a trench where port ions of the excavation were unsupported including but not limited to the end where soil breached the work area which was improperly benched and did not have a proper protective shield in place.
