29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: On or about 03/03/2021, the employer did not ensure that the platform planks on a JLG scissor lift were at least eighteen (18) inches wide. Employees were climbing up and working on the guardrails, which were approximately two (2) inches.
