29 CFR 1926.502(d)(23):Personal fall arrest systems were attached to guardrail systems or to hoists: R-29 assembly line, 1 Lonestar Pass, San Antonio, TX: On or about February 28, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to fall hazards while having a personal fall arrest systems attached to chain hoist systems used to raise x-brace support beams. 1926.502(d)(23) is incorporated and applicable under provisions outlined in 1926.760(d)(1)
